Communications By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Subscriptions The Service includes subscription-based parts (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), set either monthly or annually, depending on the subscription plan selected. Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or Mesh Ventures LLC cancels it. Cancellations can be made through your online account management page or by contacting the Mesh Ventures LLC customer support team. A valid payment method is required for processing Subscription payments, and you must provide accurate and complete billing information.

Fee Changes Mesh Ventures LLC may modify Subscription fees at any time, effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Adequate notice will be provided for any fee changes.

Refunds Refund requests for Subscriptions are considered by Mesh Ventures LLC on a case-by-case basis and granted at its sole discretion.

Content Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

Accounts When creating an account, you confirm that you are above 18 years of age and that your information is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Mesh Ventures LLC and its licensors.
